The Red Carpet at the Oscars

As most of you know, yesterday was the Oscars. I have to say, they were a little boring in regards to the red carpet and the clothing. Everyone looked glamorous and beautiful - there was nothing crazy to make fun of. I digged really deep though and I found a couple of dont's to mix in with all of the do's.

So, without further Ado, I bring you my oscars red carpet report...

Katherine Heigl



She looked very pretty - I love the color of her dress - it's a beautiful eye catching red that was meant for her. It fits her like a glove, shows off her curves and looks great with her skin tone and her hair. I love that she wore her hair down, but kind old school glamorous.

Keri Russel



This dress is boring. There is nothing that stands out. It's very plain, it should either be tighter to show off her body, or it would be nice if she had some jewels on the dress - something to make it pop. I also don't think those beads around her neck look very good with that neckline. She should have worn some diamonds instead.

Hilary Swank



She looks okay, I don't love it and I don't hate it.

Renee Zellwegger



Renee looks pretty good in this dress. I think she'd look better with a tan and with longer hair. I hate when she gets her hair cut that short, she looks better with a longer style. I like the slit in this dress, but I think she would look better in something with some color because her skin is so pale, she sort of just blends in with this dress.


Anne Hathaway



Anne is a pretty girl, she chose to wear red - alot of people wore red and she wears it well. I like the flowers that go across her shoulder, but I'm not thrilled about the bottom of the dress. I don't like those dresses that look like a bubble on the bottom. Also, I think she should have worn her hair down. Her face is so pale and everytime I look at this picture, I see her eyebrows. They are too dark and too thick. I think if she wore her hair down, her face wouldn't jump out so much. Too drastic.


Penelope Cruz



Penelope is fantastic. I love everything about her in this picture. The dress is awesome, the feathers are just enough to be glamorous, but not over the top. Her figure goes well with this dress, it's not boxy or bag lady looking, and I love her hair. She wore it down - more people should have done that.

Tilda Swinson



This chick is so ugly. I think she makes herself look ugly on purpose. Her hair is bull dyke looking, her face is too pale, her dress looks like something you would buy in the bedding department or possibly near the curtains in Sears. The whole thing is a don't.

Heidi Klum and Seal



They are a sharp looking couple. He dresses well all the time, she knows how to dress perfectly for her body. The red is very eye catching and glamorous.

Jessica Alba




I know she's pregnant, but this dress has no shape to it. I like when pregnat women dress in something a little form fitting and they are proud to be pregnant and they celebrate their curves. Jessica looks like she's wearing a bag almost.

George Clooney and girlfriend...



George looks great like always, I'm not in love with his girlfriend's dress. The pattern on this dress makes her look like she's wearing curtains.

Lisa Rinna



Lisa looks okay, but I can't stand how awesome she thinks she is. Everytime I see her, she's OVERLY confident. I want to slap that smirk right off of her face.

Daniel Day Lewis and his wife Rebecca Miller



They get my vote for worst dressed couple on the red carpet. Is he wearing hiking boots with that tux? And what the hell is with those red bows near her shoulders? Ugh, there is so much yuckiness going on in this picture. My head hurts.

Cameron Diaz...



I love the color of this dress. The pale pink is very pretty and from the front she looks awesome, but I don't like the back because it's wrinkled. There's like too much going on back there with the bow and the gathering and the wrinkles. I'm sure it looked great when she left the house, but then she got in her limo and now it's fucked up. I would hate to see after she sits through the whole awards show.


Did anyone happen to see Reese Witherspoon or Halle Berry? They are two of my favorite red carpet syle icons. I couldn't find pictures of either one of them at this event.
