It's Friday!

I had a couple of things to do yesterday, but when I got off work at 5 p.m. it was so stinkin hot outside and I was so cranky after driving home, that I just stayed in the house. I'm afraid I won't be doing much of anything until the A.C. is fixed in my car.

At any rate, I played in the Riverchasers tournament and I went out in the very first hand. Yes, it's true. I limped in with pocket 7's and flopped a set, while another player had pocket queens and flopped a set. As you can imagine we both ended up all in and I didn't improve, so I was busto - first hand. It sucked too because I had a really fun table - I was sitting next to my boy Alcanthang and Hoy was at my table and some other cool people that I can't think of right now. Oh well - that's poker - I think it's probably happened to all of us at one time or another.

The weird thing is that I was playing in another game at the same time and in that game I was the one with pocket Queens and the other guy had pocket fives and we both flopped a set and he was the one that lost. Same exact time. Online poker is so rigged.

Anyway, it's Friday!!!!!

I watched Office Space last night - damn that movie is funny. I could totally relate to that guy's misery. Some of the personalities I've come across while working in an office can really grate on my nerves! The 80's rap music they played in that movie was an extra added bonus for sure.
