MTV Red Carpet Recap

My friend Charles celebrated 10 years over the weekend and he had a big party Saturday night. It was a good time. He's only like 27 years old or something like that and he sponsors like 15 guys and he's been clean for a decade - that's pretty amazing. At 27 I was still partying like a rockstar for sure. Charles is gay and him and I have the exact same taste in men. We are always checking out guys together. He's an awesome guy.

For me, the party was an awesome opportunity to go out and buy a new dress and some hot Jessica Simpson heels from the Macy's Shoe Department.

Friday night a bunch of us girls went to this new mexican restaurant near the gym I joined and it was fantastic.

Anyway, another weekend has passed and it was a pretty good one. Honestly, I'd be okay if I had nowhere to go and I laid on the couch all weekend like today for instance. I literally left the house only to go to the grocery store and the rest of the day I hung in and watched T.V. It was good times.

MTV Movie Awards were on tonight - I watched part of it and it was pretty entertaining. Of course Transformers took Best Movie which was cool with me - I liked that movie.


Megan Fox as always looked fantastic - I have a total girl crush on her...



Ellen Page took Best Actress for her role in Juno - I loved her in that movie but I was not really loving what she wore on the red carpet - you can't tell in this picture, but she's wearing converse - way to go casual girl...



But whatever, it's MTV not the Oscars, so pretty much anything goes.



I am not feeling this Sara Jessica Parker outfit...



I think she was going for "edgy" - but Charlize Theron got it right...




That's the way to do "edgy" in my opinion.

Of course the Hills girls were there - they always play it so safe...



Notice Audrina is off by herself...



I'm undecided about her hair at this point - the bangs are so blunt - but at least she mixed it up a little bit!

And of course no red carpet would be complete without Paris Hilton...




I actually think she looked great. I saw her and Benji sitting all lovey dovey in the audience together. Who would have thought they'd still be together? Amazing!
