Payday Friday!!
I don't have much to write about today. It's Friday and it's payday and that's a good thing. I have a lot of T.V. watching to catch up on over the weekend and I have to go get my costume. If I don't get it this weekend everything will be picked over.
I will count up all of the votes and see which costume won. I also had several people e-mail me to vote. It's looking like either the fairy or the geisha.
My parents will be living here in less than a week. Crazy huh?? I haven't lived in the same state with them in like 5 years.
Roommate and I were giving my mom a list of dishes she can make for us when she moves here and gets settled. That's awful nice of us isn't it? Literally, I haven't had her pork chops in years. I haven't spent a Thanksgiving with my family in many years also and I haven't had my mom's homemade lasagna for Christmas in forever. Is it weird that we have lasagna for Christmas? Who cares??!!
I turned my dad onto coinstar and yesterday he went to the store and turned in 10,000 pennies! Yes, he had 10,000 pennies!! Isn't that funny?? I probably go to coinstar about twice a year and turn in my change, but I've never had 10,000 pennies - that's for sure.
Well - Happy Friday! Has anyone tried that new Matrix Sit and Go on Full Tilt? I accidentally logged onto one the other night and was very surprised when 4 sit and go screens popped up on my computer. What will they think of next?

Are there any Commerce Banks in Vegas? If so, they have a machine called the Penny Arcade. It's the same as Coinstar except it is 100% free. You don't even need an account at Commerce. Just drop in the change and you get a paper slip. Bring it to the teller and get cash instantly. There's even a gimmick where the Penny Arcade asks you to guess the amount. It you are within $1.99 you get a dinky prize.
I don't know how or why Commerce would offer that service for free to the public, but its pretty sweet.
Oh, and Geisha.
