Ahhhhh - Gotta Love that Pool

Today was a piece of cake. We went over to the brand new Hard Rock on the strip and they gave us a tour of the place. It's amazing. We are officially done with classroom training and tests. I Have another day off - tomorrow! Yay! And then, the fun begins!

We have two days of waiting on each other and then two days for friends and family and then we are offically open Saturday, September 5th. I cannot explain how thrilled I am to finally be making some cash! Yay!!!!!!!!! Friends and family should be really good money because everyone is getting their food for free. Of course, there's always a chance that some people won't realize they are supposed to tip. To be, it seems RIDICULOUS that someone wouldn't know they are supposed to tip. But, I guess not everyone is as smart as me. ha ha

Anyway, a few days ago, my good blogging buddy, Drewspop came into town and we always meet up when he's here. He was staying at the Bellagio and I happened to have the day off, so I threw on a bathing suit and we laid out by the Bellagio pool. Or, should I say at the "Bellagio Complex". They literally have 4 or 5 pools for you to choose from. Loved it! We laid out for 5 minutes and then we got in the water for 10 minutes and then we laid out for another 5 minutes and jumped back in the pool. YES - it was HOT out that day.

After the pool, we headed over to our usual spot - Diablo Cantina! That place never disappoints. It was a good time.

So, how many people are coming out here to Vegas in December? I'm looking forward to hanging with some bloggers and throwing around some money at the poker tables.

Well - David and I are heading to Lucille's Barbeque Restaurant for dinner and then to a meeting. Have fun at work on Monday kids. I'll be thinking about you as I even out my tan at the pool!!
