Quick one...
So, I don't have much time to blog - just a quick post...
I had orientation at the Hard Rock tonight and it went really well. They interviewed 8,000 applicants and I was one of the 460 people they hired! It feels pretty good! I think the Hard Rock is going to be a great company to work for. They have lots of great benefits, they do all kinds of community service and training is very thorough. Our new restaurant is 3 levels, it's on one of the most populated parts of the strip and it seats 960 people. It's huge!
It's midnight here, so I have to head to bed. We start training at 8:30 a.m. tomorrow and my unemployed butt is not used to getting up that early!!
So, more to come - wish me luck. From what I can tell, we have lots of tests to take during the next few weeks.
