So far this week has been pretty uneventful. My cousin is in town, but she's here for work all week so we haven't seen much of her. We got to hangout on Sunday when she arrived and that was really fun and then she's staying an extra day so that we can all spend some time together. She's been to vegas before, but she hasn't seen any of the touristy stuff on the outskirts of town. Like, she's never been to Red Rock Canyon, The Hoover Dam, Mt. Charleston, Valley of Fire etc.

So, I'm thinking on Friday we'll take her to Mt. Charleston and have lunch outside. I love doing that in the middle of summer when it's 105 degrees here and it is, when we get up the mountain it will be like 75 degrees and beautiful! It's such a welcome break. The heat down here is brutal.

I've been wanting to get a new purse for sometime, but now I have a few gift cards, so I'm definitely going to do it. I've been shopping around and since I can't afford a Coach Purse, I'm looking at Guess purses. They have some really awesome bags. I was just about to pull the trigger when I saw a kathy purse I fell in love with. It was at Ross in Henderson. I've been to about five Ross stores near my house and none of them have the one I found in Henderson. I hope it's still there tomorrow.
